The Sapna Story
The Sapna dream began over ten years ago. After the loss of Laura’s sister, Laura found herself traveling to India. During this trip she met a guru who gifted her the name ‘Sapna’, meaning dream. Laura has been guided to use this name in her business ventures as she believes in the collective dream of creating equitable and inclusive work environments.
Laura Wall Mansfield

With over 30 years as an entrepreneur, executive leader, contractor and business owner, Laura Mansfield has observed again and again the importance of a strong, safe, resilient and inclusive culture. This awareness grew into a passion to understand what it takes to grow and evolve cultures in companies big and small.
Laura’s ‘superpower’ is meeting people where they are, actively listening and engaging clients in the transformational work of building resilient, inclusive and connected teams. An entrepreneur in her own right, Laura has built, sold or spun off five companies. Her first was founded when she was 19 years old. It was through trial and error with her own companies that Laura came to understand how to lead and manage people successfully. Described by Fast Company as an “entrepreneur and visionary,” Laura has learned many times over the impact that strong, vibrant, connected teams combined with intentional company culture has on the workplace. In addition to her Founder/CEO roles, Laura has also been a nonprofit Executive Director, a Board Member and strategy consultant for public and private companies as well as partnering with nonprofits and foundations to bring their missions and visions to life.

Tressa Yonekawa Bundren is a specialist in the neuroscience of interdependent function and communication. She has been an executive leadership and teams consultant in teams management, inclusion and optimal service delivery strategies for over 25 years. She is an ancillary medical corporation founder and published author of international developmental cognition and language books, mentor and corporate experiences facilitator. Working in culture and the science of strategic connection with corporate leadership and teams has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of her career. This has allowed her to specialize in growing resonant personal and professional success, profit and inclusive leadership at every level while living and working to cultivate integrity and legacy based services.
Taylor Heyman

Taylor is passionate about fostering an inclusive environment. She is engaging and thoughtful in all she does and understands the inherent need and desire each person has to belong to a collective mission. Taylor believes that each individual has many unique gifts to bring to the group, and the best way to find those traits is to foster a positive and comforting environment where everyone's voice is respected and heard. Taylor specializes in communications and human resources, with experience in the outdoor and fitness industries.
Emily Tabb Allen

As a Canadian from the Sonoran desert who found home in the Pacific Northwest, Emily is deeply concerned, connected and passionate about social inclusivity, environmental equity and global awareness. Emily utilizes her connections to people, place and planet as a catalyst for continuing to increase her aptitude for cultural competency while fostering intention in all she does. She is a human-centered graphic designer specializing in branding and publication design with clients in education, engineering and the outdoor industry. She is also currently working toward her master's in counseling. Emily believes everyone deserves to live in more equitable communities where we are connected and conscious of our behaviors, biases, relationships and experiences, as these have great impact on our choices, actions and the world around us.
