Laura Wall Mansfield

With over 30 years as an entrepreneur, executive leader, contractor and business owner, Laura Mansfield has observed again and again the importance of a strong, safe, resilient and inclusive culture. This awareness grew into a passion to understand what it takes to grow and evolve cultures in companies big and small.
Laura’s ‘superpower’ is meeting people where they are, actively listening and engaging clients in the transformational work of building resilient, inclusive and connected teams. An entrepreneur in her own right, Laura has built, sold or spun off five companies. Her first was founded when she was 19 years old. It was through trial and error with her own companies that Laura came to understand how to lead and manage people successfully. Described by Fast Company as an “entrepreneur and visionary,” Laura has learned many times over the impact that strong, vibrant, connected teams combined with intentional company culture has on the workplace. In addition to her Founder/CEO roles, Laura has also been a nonprofit Executive Director, a Board Member and strategy consultant for public and private companies as well as partnering with nonprofits and foundations to bring their missions and visions to life.
Cortney Rothman

Cortney Rothman is an International Coaching Federation award-winning executive and leadership coach specializing in unique transformational experiences for individuals, teams and groups. Cortney served as an internal, executive coach for Intel Corporation for six years and has worked with various companies such as Nike and Genentech. Working with a variety of modalities, from the Enneagram to emotional resiliency to equine assisted coaching, Cortney expertly balances business needs with human needs, ensuring holistic growth for individuals and organizations.
Kelsey Miller

Kelsey Miller is a senior HR leader with experience across multiple industries, helping organizations shape their culture, enhance talent management practices, prepare for growth, and navigate change. She holds an MBA from PSU, a BA from USF, and an SPHR certificate. Actively involved in the Portland community, Kelsey serves on the board of Reimagine Portland and volunteers with several organizations. She is also a Spanish speaker, a house flipper, and the proud mom of a UO Duck.

A proud Native American woman, she is deeply rooted in the elements and the intelligence of nature, offering her services with respect, connection, and humility. Since 2015, Birdie has been a passionate teacher, mentor, and guide, empowering individuals and entrepreneurs to connect with their innate potential and create lasting impact.
With 10+ years of expertise in project management, event coordination, customer service, and executive assistance, Birdie excels in providing creative solutions to entrepreneurs, artists, and healing practitioners. She offers strategic support in managing projects, email maintenance, scheduling, and organizing, allowing others to focus on their growth and business development.
As a 500-hour RYT yoga teacher, Birdie leads transformative yoga classes, retreats, and workshops, blending movement, breath, and stillness to foster deep self-discovery and healing. She is committed to creating spaces that promote well-being and personal growth, rooted in the wisdom of both ancient practices and modern healing modalities.

Kenya is an accountant with the heart of a teacher, dedicated to helping clients organize their finances, plan strategically, and understand how financial figures impact business decisions. Passionate about her family’s St. Croix roots, she resides in Frederiksted, St. Croix.
From an early age, Kenya recognized her interest in business, love of organization, and passion for helping others, which naturally led her to a career in accounting. She also discovered a deep enjoyment in educating clients about the meaning behind the numbers. She holds a graduate degree in Accounting from Belmont University and is certified as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Go-Giver Certified Speaker and Coach, and doTERRA Wellness Consultant.

Being a parent of two, a certified Organic Intelligence Coach and an experienced horse whisper all contribute to the tools at play when co-creating with Candice.
